正如文中所说的，Musk从employee身上学到了Rockery，而员工从Musk身上学到了Time。我印象最深的也是Musk对时间计划的感悟了。所有的计划都有DDL，而我们要做的不是因各种原因而delay，要做的是遵从，是尽可能的执行。反观自己，我制定的复习计划往往高估自己，一而再再而三的delay，最后临时抱佛脚，什么都完不成，做不好。
PS.今天的抽风了，第一次提交后，点链接进去自己“欣赏”时发现竟然是昨天的内容（我每次都是复制前一天的内容当作模板在上面改的，而今天竟然没有保存！！！！）由此啪啪打脸今天关于时间的感悟，作为晚期拖延症患者，经常拖到DDL才去做，而经常遇到的便是这种情况，读书会要求的打卡评论他人笔记总是晚几十秒中，考试前总是发现自己没有复习完etc。今天在读书笔记把这些问题都啰嗦的写了下来，希望自己能正视以及重视他们吧。不要delay不要说什么DDL是第一生产力，以后总有一天会吃大亏的。就从明天做起，每天把自己要完成的任务早早完成，而不是当作每天弄到12点以后的伪学霸，假努力的自欺欺人之徒。

我个人不太赞同这种做法。我属于那种比较急性子的人，比如下周末要交的东西从这周末起就开始整个人紧张起来，一直到做完为止才能神经放松下来。如果计划这个月读完一本书，经常上半个月就读完了。但这种做法往往并不是给自己带来更多的时间和效益，反而会降低效率，因为匆忙之中很难真正地去吸收知识，也很难有有创意的想法，最主要的是，自己仿佛总是被时刻表驱赶着，甚至有点为了完成计划而完成计划，忽略了计划的初衷也很难享受过程。近半年来有意地让自己放慢节奏，按照外界的时间表给自己分配每天的任务而不是急于去抵达目的地。比如这个月的读书活动，每天只读Eric布置的量，即使有多余的时间也不往后读。我更喜欢现在的这种状态，每天虽然看似进度小，但是学习的东西印象更深刻，更重要的是，那种不慌不忙的心态能让人更懂得享受生活本身。
