Self-introduction

    Good morning everyone! I'm Zhaoxue. You can call me Cynthia. I was graduated from Huabei Polytechnic University, majoring in Foreign Language and Literatures, and got my master degree. I 've been teaching for three years and working here since the establishment of this school.

    From this semester, our kids will become students of Grade 3. The teaching materials changed. I think it means a new start for all students. Therefore, I will be more strict with our kids. For some important text, the will be required to recite and dictate, thus developing their sense of English. English learning needs diligent and now is the critical stage for our kids to lay a good foundation for future English Study, so everyone should work harder than before. I hope with our strict requirements, our kids can make a lot of progress.

    上学期期末，得知自己开学后还要教授三年级英语，心里格外激动，课时虽然增加了，下学期也会很忙碌，但是我喜欢接受挑战。多分配的工作任务并不是压力，我更认为这是对我教学工作的认可，所以我会倍加努力。三年级学生可谓是学校真正的第一批学生，他们的成绩对于学校来说至关重要，当然成绩好最受益的也是他们自己。三年级所用教材是人教版精通小学英语，因为自己从小到大学的都是人教版，所以对于人教版教材知识点形式比较熟悉，所以我利用一个暑假的时间，重点准备了三年级的课。人教版精通小学英语三年级上册共六个单元，我备课了四个单元。恰巧放假前我们接受了思维导图的培训，所以备课时思路更清晰了。每一单元六个课时，乍一眼看知识点分布比较杂乱，但是用思维导图分类汇总后就显得格外清晰，于是在备每一单元前，我都会将该单元的知识点用思维导图整理归类，四个思维导图如下，开学后还会有很多新的思路添加进去。
