全量安装nginx,添加所有依赖

安装libunwind:

tar -zxvf libunwind-1.3.1.tar.gz
cd libunwind-1.3.1
CFLAGS=-fPIC 
./configure && make CFLAGS=-fPIC && make CFLAGS=-fPIC install

安装gperftools: 
wget https://github.com/gperftools/gperftools/releases/download/gperftools-2.7.90/gperftools-2.7.90.tar.gz
tar zxvf gperftools-2.7.90.tar.gz 
cd gperftools-2.7.90/
./configure --enable-frame-pointers
make && make install
