vue 启动报错：`TypeError: Cannot read property 'range' of null`

vue 启动报错：TypeError: Cannot read property 'range' of null

问题原因为babel-lint版本过高问题导致。
解决方式：降低版本，比如7/8都可以。

修改package.json

	...
	"devDependencies": {
			...
	    "babel-eslint": "^7.2.3",
	     ...
     }
     ...

网上一说以下解决方式，试过并无效果。
当清node_modules 出现某一些包错误时候，查不到原因时候，可以先清除缓存试试。

rm -rf node_modules
npm cache clean
npm install
npm cache clean // 暴力清缓存：npm cache clean --force
