SpringBoot2.2 mysql和hibernate问题（application.properties文件）

今天运行新项目时报错下面摘选下的报错语句（其中两个错误）：

The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'entityManagerFactory' defined in class path resource [org/springframework/boot/autoconfigure/orm/jpa/HibernateJpaConfiguration.class]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.hibernate.service.spi.ServiceException: Unable to create requested service 
Caused by: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Access to DialectResolutionInfo cannot be null when 'hibernate.dialect' not set

第一个是mysql乱码问题配置：

在？后面换成下面的语句。

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/test?serverTimezone=UTC

第二个问题hibernate问题，说的是没有配置hibernate.dialect：

spring.jpa.database-platform=org.hibernate.dialect.MySQLDialect
