    sudo chmod 666 /dev/ttyUSB0
    cd /etc/udev/rules.d/
    sudo touch 50-usb-serial.rules
    sudo gedit 50-usb-serial.rules
    KERNEL==”ttyUSB0”, GROUP=”username”, MODE=”0666”
    sudo /etc/init.d/udev restart
    // 其实运行 rplidar_ros/scripts/create_udev/rules.sh 就会帮你完成以后工作
