Summary Session for

13/04/2019 and 14/04/2019

The weather was warm and good for football training.

08:20 to 10:20

We had 16 players Under 12

1/Warmup~We did a chasing game without balls.We had 3colour small gates whereby 1player would try and run to a gate which the coach instructed and the other one chasing.It was a coordination activity to taste the players tactical awareness.

2/Technical Drills~The main content was about dribbling and marking.In the technical drill balls were introduced.One player would save the ball and goes to mark in a one on one situation.Players then swoped roles.Progression one more player was introduced to form a 2v2 passing each other and scoring to 2 small goals on both ends of the marked pitch.

3/ We played a 4v4 conditional game where a team would score after exchanging more than 5 passes.

10:20 to 12:20

We had 10 players.

1/Warmup~We did running and dribbling with the ball in a marked area.

2/Technical Drills~The main content was about ball farmiliarisation by running with the ball using the inside and outside of the foot.It was also about keeping the ball under control when in motion.

3/We played a 5v5 match and players really enjoyed themselves and tried to apply some of the skills learnt.The girl in possession below was the most interprising.

The weather was warm and good for football session.

We were asigned to contact tests for the Under 12 players.

After the tests we played a match.

We had 10 players

1/Warmup~We did ball farmiliarisation drills,running and dribbling with the ball in a marked area.

2/Technical Drills~We did running and dribbling with the ball.Progression players where now being timed in a competitive way to see how many dribbles and runs in a minute.Also using both feet left and right.

3/We played a 5v5 match and some of the players applied themselves well.
