一 企业资质 （就是必须用企业营业执照）
二 品牌注册证，自由品牌，或者品牌所有人的销售授权
三 10w的保证金（开店只交一次，以后都不再交，但是如果你卖假货等严重违规被发现，会扣2w的保证金这时候需要补全，或者因为无货延迟发货等问题，对买家进行赔偿单笔交易的30%，也是从保证金里扣，扣完要补全）

提供发嘌：所有入驻的企业必须给消费者提供正规发嘌，发嘌盖章的公司名称必须与商家与京东合作的公司名称一致；

申请类型：京东商城暂不接受未取得国家商标总局颁发的商标注册证或商标受理通知书的境外品牌的开店申请；

真实有效：请务必保证您入驻前后提供的相关资质的真实有效性（若您提供的相关资质为第三方提供，如商标注册证、授权书等，请务必先行核实其真实有效性），一旦发现虚假资质，您的公司将被列入非诚信商家名单，京东商城将不再与您进行合作，并将扣除保证金。
