像领导者一样说话 Simon Lancaster: Speak like a leader
Simon在这篇演讲文中，提出了作为领导者的6条秘密语言（secret language of leadership），6个技巧，也就是古代的修辞学（Ancient rhetoric）。它属于中世纪三艺（语法、修辞、逻辑）之一。
1、三是在修辞学中有魔力的数字
eg：David Cameron：Broken homes, failing schools, sink estates
eg：Tony Blair：Education, education, education
eg：Barack Obama: A world at war, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a generation
2、三个句子（或者多个句子），每句开头都一样
eg：I'm not asking 20 pounds, I'm not asking 15 pounds, I'm not even asking 10 pounds.
eg：We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight on the fields and in the streets. -by 温斯顿·丘吉尔
3、陈述中的自由平衡 Free balance in statements
eg：Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.
eg：To be or not to be. 生存还是毁灭
特别说明：有时候均衡的感觉事实上仅是一种假象，我们也会受其吸引。比如以下这种同一个意思，用否定句和反义词再说一遍。
eg：We're looking to the future, not the past.
eg：We're thinking about what we can do, not what we can't.
4、隐喻 Metaphor 或者说比喻
eg：阿拉伯之春 The Arab Spring
eg：加莱丛林：指位于法国郊区的一处主要收留来自中东地区的难民营 The Calais Jungle
eg：金融风暴 The financial storm。罗马教皇不用金融风暴，而用了资本主义的粪堆，The dung heap of capitalism，非常精彩。
5、夸张 Exaggeration
eg：My god, I've been waiting to give this talk my whole life.
上帝啊，我这辈子都等着来做这个演讲呢。
eg：I didn't sleep at all last night, and I am going to give my heart and soul to you.
我昨晚完全没有闭眼，我要把我的心和灵魂都献给你们。
6、押韵 Rhyme
这里的押韵是说，尽量用简练的话语，比如一篇韵文。因为用长单词和句子讲话，如同给人一块牛排让人直接吞下去；而用简练话语就像请人品尝葡萄酒。
If it doesn't fit, you must acquit. 如果不匹配，你就得判无罪。
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. 日食一苹果，疾病莫缠我。
You've got to speculate to accumulate. 你得多投机，财富才能堆积。
后续我应该考虑，合理的在平时说话和写作中使用这6个技巧，让自己能够真正的像领导者一样说话。
