Work chores--(二)

I didn't have any  working experience in outsourcing company before joining Cognizant during the October 11th,2010.

Since then I started my new working and life in Shanghai. To be honest,at first I didn't have any friends,classmates,relatives in Shanghai. 

Gradually, I were acquainted with workmates and made friends with them. However, my life in the small town is monotonous. Every day I need go to work about

8:30AM, start working about 9:00AM and finish the whole working until 6PM. Other times, I stayed in the rental house near the small town,Zhangjiang Town.

Especially the weekend, I didn't have other things to do, then I came to the company to learn by myself. That was a good environment for study because

there were so few workmates during the weekend. Indeed, the policy in outsourcing company is quite humanized. For example, the working hours are flexible

as long as your total working hours for every month reach the lowest limitation. At the same time, company organized many club activities such as Badminton,Basketball,

Football,Swimming,Billiards,Ping-pong and so on. I joined the Badminton Club during the July,2011 and started to play badminton with other workmates.

I found myself keenly interested in Badminton. Other than attending the company's activity, several workmates with me played badminton during the weekend in

Zhangjiang Sport Center which has so many fields including the Badminton areas,Basketball areas,Football areas,Swimming areas and so on.

Delightedly the Badminton fields is free for using if you have membership card and reserve the field successfully in advance. We have insisted on play Badminton more than one year in this Sport Center regardless of winter and summer.Through this activity, I not only exercise ,but also get acquaint with other friends.  In my opinion, We will continue this activity for the future.
