Modem2G/3G/4G/5G:解决TDS-CDMA：HSDPA：能注册上call box，但无法连接（Integrity protection not activated）

问题描述：

TDS-CDMA：HSDPA测试，能注册上call box，但无法连接，显示idle。

log分析：

在Down link和up link时都报了下面错误：

             DCCH UL/Initial Direct
TransferRadio Bearer ID: 3, Length: 50     

             TDSCDMA RRC/Error        [         tdsrrcqsh.c   1169] TRRC_QSH: TDSRRC_QSH_METRIC_OTA is not
started   

NAS log有下面的错误：

 NAS MM/Error                                      [            gmmreg.c  18431] DS: SUB 1 =MM= Integrity protection
not activated

原因

由于Integrity protection未激活，因而NAS OTA message被忽略。

解决方案

需要将call box 的SMC(Security mode command)开启。

如果call box不支持SMC，则需将UE端的SMC关闭。
关闭方法:

NV
69731=0, 
66011=0, 
66013=1

附：log确认UE当前NV设置
