RecyclerView 自动滚动问题

关于使用

BaseRecyclerViewAdapterHelper之后，在

RecyclerView中添加header与footer后每次打开此界面

，界面会自动上移一定距离，滑动到其他条目，

再跳转到其他界面再返回，仍然滑动，

其原因是RecyclerView的条目自动获取焦点导致，所以需要在

SwipeRefreshLayout 中设置获取焦点，则解决问题
