ORA-01511 error in renaming log/data files ORA-00261 log 4 of thread 1 is being

数据库版本12.2，使用standby备库备份恢复出一套可读写的数据库，在rename standby redolog时遇到ORA-01511 error in renaming log/data files ORA-00261 log 4 of thread 1 is being archived or modified，该错误是因为备库还处于reco ver模式，standby redo logfile还在使用中时做的全库备份。

solution:

1. restore controlfile时指定primary

2. alter database clear unarchived logfile group 4;

3. alter database drop standby logfile group 4;

4. alter database open resetlogs;
