ubuntu18.04 安装ROS melodic :sudo rosdep init 出错

%用的是清华大学开源软件镜像站：https://mirror.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/help/ubuntu/

sudo rosdep init 时会出错：

ERROR: cannot download default sources list from: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list Website may be down.

解决方法：

一: 换成手机热点  //只是偶尔成功

二: ca-certificates问题，证书不对，重新安装证书

sudo apt-get install ca-certificates

三：系统时间同步问题，需要同步系统时间

sudo apt-get install ntpdate
sudo ntpdate cn.pool.ntp.org
sudo hwclock --systohc
