  找到distutils包，进入找到distutils.cfg文件，进行更改

  首先尝试下载安装Twisted，https://www.jianshu.com/p/490c81eda8be?utm_campaign=maleskine&utm_content=note&utm_medium=seo_notes&utm_source=recommendation，可惜没有用，网上很多也都采用这种方式的。

只有老老实实下载Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0，进行安装了，下载：
