mac sublime 配置并支持bits/stdc++.h和c++11

我的配置已经使用brew装好了g++-7
在默认的bash中通过g++-7 --version确认安装正确

1.测试代码

这个时候应该通过ctrl+b可以编译尝试一下

步骤3是万能的，但我不太喜欢这种方式，很奇怪
