常见的问题进行准备，基本上问题分为两类，第一类是性格类，毕竟将来要作为同事相处，还有期待你可以融入公司文化，公司是比较学院派，等级分明，还是比较随意，一种大伙是朋友，一起向前冲。性格中也希望表露出你是一个积极进取的人，但是最重要的还是being yourself，真实使得你更加unique and interesting。另一类考察你的能力，公司关注的能力，不外是领导力，合作精神，细心，抗压力，管理时间，沟通力，专注力，自制力等等。比如面试中会问你觉得自己最骄傲的事情，你解决过最challenging task。会问你的缺点，它的关注点不是你谦虚与否，是你的自省能力，if you csn make meimprovement on your defects，they are trying to see the your self-growth as an individual.

of course there are some skills to do well in the interview, the presentation skills and knowledge, logical thinking with clarified thoughts.

Always try to deliver your answer in an concised way with confidence. In your answer it's better to provide examples such figures, just to quantify your achievement, it's more convincing if you can prove your skills in that way.

During the interview keep positive and professional, i have a bad habit to be panic and say sorry too much, definitely it's not like a cool lawyer.

Preparation and practice is most definitely the important things to do before the interview.

Every challenge has a methodology to overcome, simply break down the complex tasks into attainable goals. By achieving those goals, you can grasp the skill or overcome the difficulty.

Make a decision to write in English, just a good way to improve my English while reflecting my life during this job hunting journey.
