In Bitbucket Cloud there is a limit of 2 GB for every repository, regardless of the pricing plan that you have. The pricing plans have to do with the number of users that have access to your private repositories, and not with the size of the repositories.

The reason we have the 2 GB limit is because Git and Mercurial repositories are inefficient at these sizes, but also to ensure there is a high level of service for all users.

There is no limit however in the number of repositories you can have, and an alternative I can suggest is divide your data in multiple repositories.
