about the noise

_Some people think that the amount of noise people make should be controlled strictly, while other say that people are free to make as much noise as they wish. Discuss both views and give your opinion. _

Everyone are free to do what they want to do, but at first,do not influence the others.So people are free to make as much noise as they wish . but if they influence the others , the noise should be controlled strictly.

In the HongKong, the noise should be controlled after 11:00 pm. it is illegal even you make noise at your own home after 11:01 pm . and your neighbor have right to call the policeman.

I had a business trip at GuiZhou last month, I was woke up at 1:00am by a loud noise. there were several people was playing MaJiang. And the others days I was woke up again at 1:00 am by a loud noise, they were watching movie with a subwoofer.

I was angry for they don't care the others feeling. maybe they don't know they need to care about the others feeling yet. Maybe because no one never ever has cared about their feeling.
