ubuntu the system is running in low-graphics mode

出现上述错误的原因是因为显卡驱动版本不对，需要从NVIDIA官网下载对应版本最新的驱动，安装

安装时出现下面错误

ERROR:NVIDIA X server

ERROR: You appear to be running an X server; please exit X before installing.  For >further details, please see the section INSTALLING THE NVIDIA DRIVER in the README >available on the Linux driver download page at www.nvidia.com.
ERROR: Installation has failed.  Please see the file '/var/log/nvidia-installer.log' >for details.  You may find suggestions on fixing installation problems in the README >available on the Linux driver download page at www.nvidia.com.

解决方法

1.登陆系统
2.杀掉正在运行的X server

 sudo service lightdm stop 
 或者
 sudo lightdm stop

3.进入运行级别3

sudo init 3

4.安装驱动

chmod +x ./your-nvidia-file.run

 ./*.run file.

5.重新运行X server

sudo service lightdm start
or
sudo start lightdm

需要注意的是这种方式安装在每一次更新内核后都需要重复上述步骤
