前言
不知不觉已经到了5月，即将进入下半年，在此大致记录一下软工领域各大会议在今年（2019年）下半年的投稿时间（包含会议信息介绍及CCF推荐会议最新目录）。
1 CCF会议最新排名
1.1 基本信息
首先软件工程领域的会议去哪里找？肯定是在CCF推荐会议列表里面找。
近日，具体时间为2019年4月25日，CCF（China Computer Federation，即中国计算机学会）公布了第五版的 《中国计算机学会推荐国际学术会议和期刊目录》 。

有几个重点：
- 会议论文指“Full paper”或“Regular paper”（正式发表的长文），对于会议上其他形式发表的论文如Short paper、Demo paper、Technical Brief、Summary以及作为伴随会议的Workshop等不计入目录考虑的范围。
- 刊物和会议的影响力并不直接和发表在其上的单一论文的影响力发生联系，因此不建议任何单位将此《目录》简单作为学术评价的依据。如果由于将此《目录》作为学术评价的依据而引起纠纷，本学会不承担任何责任。

注意，我这里只关心 regular paper/full paper （毕竟ccf就承认这个，短文某种程度来说，感觉意义也不是很大）， 一般都是会议的research track。
