springboot实现excel文件的上传和下载

我发现我好笨啊，搞了这么久。。。

首先pom文件导入如下：

    org.apache.poi
    poi
    3.16



    org.apache.poi
    poi-ooxml
    3.16



    commons-io
    commons-io
    2.6

接着就开始写了，我用了页面作为测试，页面代码如下;

下载

接着application.java这个启动文件写如下;
