OrientDB单机安装教程

step one:设置ORIENTDB_HOME in ~/.bash_rc

export ORIENTDB_HOME="your soft directory"

step two:修改config/orientdb-server-config.xml，设置用户登录密码

<users>
    <user resources="*" password="orientdb" name="orientdb"/>
    <user resources="connect,server.listDatabases,server.dblist" password="spark" name="guest"/>
users>

step three:修改bin/orientdb.sh

orientdb启动默认需要root权限，修改配置去除root权限限制

# You have to SET the OrientDB installation directory here
ORIENTDB_DIR="$ORIENTDB_HOME"
ORIENTDB_USER="orientdb"

start方法修改为：
#su $ORIENTDB_USER -c "cd \"$ORIENTDB_DIR/bin\"; /usr/bin/nohup ./server.sh 1>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.log 2>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.err &"
/usr/bin/nohup ./server.sh 1>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.log 2>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.err &

stop方法修改为：
#su $ORIENTDB_USER -c "cd \"$ORIENTDB_DIR/bin\"; /usr/bin/nohup ./shutdown.sh 1>>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.log 2>>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.err &"
/usr/bin/nohup ./shutdown.sh 1>>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.log 2>>$LOG_DIR/orientdb.err &

bin/server.sh启动进程服务 or bin/orientdb.sh start/stop 后台启动服务

neo4j单机节点安装：修改conf/neo4j.conf
