使用Fileprovider之前需要在mainfest文件中配置配置如下:

这里依赖的是v4包下的FileProvider
applicationId.fileprovider 配置这个属性的时候要与
FileProvider.getUriForFile(this, “applicationId.fileprovider”, photoFile);方法中的要一直可以随意写
@xml/file_paths需要在res\xml\file_paths创建代码如下:
