「Mac」「PyTorch」Jupyter Notebook 无法运行 PyTorch 网络，一运行就服务挂掉了

问题描述

    MacOS 的用户在使用 Jupyter Notebook 运行 PyTorch 网络代码时，一运行就会出现「服务正重启」,服务似乎挂掉了，但是会立刻重启的。

    将代码放到 PyCharm 上运行，出现以下报错提示：

OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5.dylib, but found libiomp5.dylib already initialized.
OMP: Hint This means that multiple copies of the OpenMP runtime have been linked into the program. That is dangerous, since it can degrade performance or cause incorrect results. The best thing to do is to ensure that only a single OpenMP runtime is linked into the process, e.g. by avoiding static linking of the OpenMP runtime in any library. 解决办法
