........Last sunday night , I cooked dinner for our big family's meal .I tried to do new course, so I open my APP to learn to how to make fried pork with scrambled eggs and fungus course.

  • First, I should prepare all the food materials that I need containing a half kilo of pork meat,three cucumbers ,one carrot ,five eggs and moderate fungus.
  • Secondly , I started to cut pork meat into pieces and using oil and soy sauce to pickle it for 10 minutes, then I cut carrot and cucumbers in thin slices,next i beated eggs in a large bowl using chopsticks mixed it well.The last step is geting out the soaked agaric. so far , all preparaion work was completed!
  • The most exciting time had come,I began to cook this course.Notice every step operations must be correct. Once you operated error ,this course may be tasted bad.The first step was pouring moderate oil to fry pork slices with some garlic slices till the pork whitening,you shuould add carrot slices and fungus into the pan and stired fry for 5 miutes. At the same time,you can fry the eggs in other pan.Five minutes later, put the fried eggs and cucumber slices into the pan,adding some starch with water .Keeping stir, before the course was put out of the pan I add some salt to make it delicious.

Finally, I tasted my course, that very good!It was a great attempt!
