（一）Words and Phrases

4. lore： a body of traditions and knowledge on a subject or held by a particular group, typically passed from person to person by word of mouth.

E.g. By keeping their  lore in oral tradition, the tribe retained their unique style for generations.

5. handout: something free to a needy person or organization.

E.g.most of  the poor men will be grateful for any handout.

6.corner the market: control ( a market) by dominating the supply of a particular commodity.

7. Meticulous: show great attention to detail very careful and precise.

非常仔细的

E.g. Meticulous services given to the consumers would help for getting the market.

8. Crank something up: increase the intensity of something.

E.g. By default Facebook encourages you to make things public, so you should crank up your private settings.

1. Extracts:

Self-interpretation : 把工作和生活分开，这样比较容易专注在事物的细节上。工作需要具体的专业素养，有一套工作程序和规范。而生活中的兴趣爱好则具有很强的感情色彩，容易主观而不切实际。

Self-interpretation: 首先要有一定的物质基础才谈得上人生规划。梦想也需要实体支撑。虽然实现完全的财务自由比较难，但是毕竟先学会如何生存，才能进入马斯洛需求的更高层次。

表现人潮涌动，盛况空前的景象，不必要很华丽的词藻，却写得很生动，有画面感。
