People often are amazed by the glorious appearance of a skyscraper,however,they at the same time forget the fact that skyscraper had taken a long time to construct,maybe much longer time to design,and possibly even cost people's lives during the constructing process.

最近刚开始看乐嘉的《本色》

关于自信的建立，自己实现梦想的。

有人询问我，如何建立自信，如何变得更加自信，我的回答，秘诀是内外双修。所谓内力，是你必须要做成事，无论大事还是小事；所谓外力，是你要找到别人鼓励你，给你信心。仔细想想，除了那种天生自信心爆棚的人，我们绝大多数的人的自信，是个累积的过程。所谓不积跬步，无以至千里，就是这个道理。

关于梦想，他是这么说的，梦想是与行动有关的，而不参与行动的梦想，不过是幻想罢了。怎样达成梦想呢，他说，他把大梦想具体量化为有明确时间的可切割的小目标。这样，他每实现一个梦想，相对于后面的那个更大的梦想而言，就自动变成一个阶段目标。有点类似于逻辑思维里关于克服拖延症的方法，把创新的工作变成可量化的简单机械的工作，从而达到目标。

结论：当你达成一个梦想，你会获取等值的力量，而你想得到更大的力量，必须完成更大的一个梦想。
