Observation

Early in the morning yesterday, I went to Mount Dandenong for hiking.  I did the hiking very intensively. While I did not check my heart bit. It must be very high. I hiked for 2 hours in the mountain. I sweat a lot. Then in the afternoon, I went for swimming. Again, I did not do it lightly like a play. I did swimming very intensively for quite long period of time. last night I slept very well. This did not occur for quite some time. The following day, I felt my mind is very clear. My ability to concentrate is very strong. I am able to resist impulses and focus highly on my work. I feel highly motivated to act. I have very strong self awareness.  I was very conscious about my mind state and body state. I was highly focused on work. I was very creative on what I was doing. I has done a lot.  What is more important is the quality of the work I have done is very high, not only the quantity. I think without yesterday's physical exercises and good sleep, I  could not have  those creative ideas, I  could not achieve so much.

Lesson

Intensive physical exercises, especially aerobic physical exercises reduce mental stress, improve one's concentration ability, produce feel good hormone in the brain, boost self esteem and self confidence, increase one's ability of self control, increase self awareness, send more blood and oxygen to the brain, make one's brain works more effectively and creatively. Regularly, aerobic and  challenging physical exercises can bring long term benefits to the mind and body, increase productivity, creativity and happiness
