Today Tingting and I agonized an interview about time management.Firstly I prepared the following questions for her.

ⅠAre you good at organizing time?

Tingting:Actually sometimes I'm good at,but sometimes I'm not good at.I can make good use of the big segmental time.For example,make a schedule or a plan for daily life.After some days'practice,you can make adjustment according to your own conditions.

ⅡDo you think planning is important for time management?

Tingting:Of course planning is important for time management.Sometimes if you just think about what will you will do next day or week,actually in most case you'll spend a lot of your attentiveness on some inessential things.If you make a plan and then write it down,you'll have a definite goal,then focusing on it will let us make account of every minute.

ⅢWhy do you think some people pay to learn time management?

Tingting:In my opinion, if they pay to learn time management,which is very useful and important for them.Maybe they're under great pressure when they are facing their work or daily life.Actually in Dedao,Gudian,who is the author for Super Individual has give us a series of time management methods.

ⅣDo old people and young people manage time in a similar way?

Tingting: Of course not.Firstly,after retiring,the old people have a lot of time.They can do whatever they like,They can go to field to do some labor work or walk somewhere in a slow relaxed way.But for the young people,they have lots of work to do or lots of problems to solve.So the young people should cherish every minute of theirs if they want to make achievement.

I am a little good at organizing time and I consider it as a very important part in life.I think our time is so limited and I’ve got loads of things to do always. I don’t want my life to be in a mess. I like to have a to-do list and arrange my schedule.Then I do everything more efficiently.

Yes, actually I think planning is the most important part of time management.Time management means that you allocate the time to different things, especially the important things or the tough things. So it is just what we do in planning! For example, if I have a really difficult and big task to do and it requires a lot of time and energy, I would think about when to do that and set deadlines.

Well, I guess it’s just because time management is really essential for some people who work under huge pressure.They generally have very tight schedule and they also need to look after the family. The courses may give them very professional training and help them manage everything better.
