目标:即你事先制定的目标;

机器:旨在实现目标,包括机构设置与人工配备;

结果:机器运行的结果与事先制定的目标比较。

        当结果与目标不一致时,意味着机器运行过程中出现了问题,这时就需要调试机器,包括调整机构设置以及人员配备,人员配备时注意人员与其职位一定一定要匹配。在目标执行过程中,及时回过头来反思反馈,会实现螺旋式进步。

         在整个目标执行过程中,你最重要的⻆色是回过头反思,进⾏设计、操作,改善“机器”的性能, 实现目标。其中,有一个不容忽视的环节:在反思中对整个过程进行公证客观的评价,小心掉入掺杂过多的主观评判大坑。

        最后,作者提出了四个问题:
