Summary Session for

2019/08/17 and 2019/08/18

The weather was hot.

08:20 to 10:20

In the morning i assisted the Under 12 class

and later played as a goalkeeper for a different class.

The training content was about passing running with the ball and change of direction.

10:20 to 12:20

I was assigned to assist the Under 8 class.

We had 13 players.

1/ Warmup~We did passing and ball control.

2/Technical Drills~We did passing and running after the pass drills to improve tactical awareness.

3/We played possessional football incooperating passing and supporting the player on the ball in a marked pitch.

The weather was hot and cloudy.

08:20 to 10:20

We were assigned to work with Under 11 class. We had 10 players.

1/Warmup~We did passing and following through after the pass,exchanging passes continuously for 2 minutes in a competitive way.

2/Technical Drills~We did passing and change of direction movements.We also did  1versus 1 dribbling and shooting.

10:20 to 12:20

I worked with Under 8 class.

We had 11 players.

1/Warmup~We did ball juggling and ball farmiliarisation skills.Dribbling running with the ball to the nearest cone in a competitive manner.

2/Technical Drills~We did passing ball control and reaction speed drills.

3/We played a 2 team tournament with another class where two games were played.

The games were very competitive,I think these games are important because the players will improve by playing different opponents and will also improve on defending and attacking and could also start to understand the positions on the field of play.
