《叶文2》又掀一代宗师之风

周一在香港国际电影节的一场人头济济的新闻发布会上，功夫明星甄子丹(Donnie Yen)和导演叶伟信(Wilson
Yip)介绍了他们的新片《叶问2》。
Kung-fu star Donnie Yen and director Wilson Yip introduced
their new film, 'Ip Man 2,' at a packed press conference at the Hong Kong
International Film Festival on Monday.
《叶问2》是2008年的影片《叶问》的续集，讲述的依然是这位20世纪中国武术大师的生活。叶问的弟子之一就是年轻时代的李小龙(Bruce
Lee)。
'Ip Man 2,' the follow-up to 2008's 'Ip Man,' follows the life
of the 20th-century Chinese martial-arts master by the same name. His students
included a young Bruce Lee.
叶问1893年出生于广东，1972年在香港逝世。在影片中，他被描绘为一个勇敢正直之士，对妻儿爱护之至。
Ip Man, who was born in 1893 in Guangdong province and died in
Hong Kong in 1972, is depicted in the movie as a brave and honest man, a loving
husband and a devoted father.
甄子丹接受《华尔街日报》采访时说，我们是根据真人原型创造出了特定的形象。
'We created a certain image' based on a real person, Mr. Yen
said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
他说，叶问是如今的英雄人物，因为他能打，但同时他也是个善良、负责任的居家男人，这一点对所有的观众群体都有吸引力。
'Ip Man is today's standard of a hero because he can fight,'
he said. 'But he is also a kind, responsible family man, and that can appeal to
all audiences.
虽然《叶问》第一部大获成功，即将在下个月上映的这部续集也广受期待，但甄子丹说，他估计不会有第三部了。他说，我觉得两部对于身为演员的我和身为导演的叶伟信来说都足够了。
Despite the popularity of the first film and the eagerly
awaited sequel next month, Mr. Yen said he doesn't expect a third installment.
'I think two is enough for me as an actor and Wilson Yip as a director,' he
said.
他还表示，我们可以轻轻松松地再拍出五部，不过那样就毫无艺术价值可言了。我希望人们记住我们为电影行业所做的事情。
'We could easily make five more, but we would throw artistic
value out the window,' he added. 'I want people to remember what we did for the
industry.'
