修复错误1004,10005, IIS站点端口被其他程序使用

症状: 打不开站点, 因为IIS站点被停掉了，强行启动会报错，然后就是以上的错误被记录在错误日志里面．

解决方法：使用netstat -ano命令查看是哪个进程在监听IIS站点端口，在任务管理器中关掉.启动站点就好了.

 

备注: 如果你不幸发现是一个系统进程占用了端口, 就只有把那个web application换个端口了 (惹不起还躲不起么)
