Part 1 Basic Information

  • Aims and Scope:The Journal of Happiness Studies is a peer reviewed scientific journal devoted to subjective well-being. It covers both cognitive evaluations of life (like life-satisfaction), and affective enjoyment of life (such as mood level). Next to contributions on appraisal of life-as-a-whole, the journal accepts contributions on life domains (such as job-satisfaction) and life-aspects(such as perceived meaning of life).

Part 2 Style and format for target articles

1.Length:The average length of an article is approximately 7,500 words. (5000-10000)
2.Title Page:If available, the 16-digit ORCID of the author(s)
3.Abstract:150 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
4.Keywords: 4-6个
5.Text: Manuscripts should be submitted in Word.

6.Tables: All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.
