Gordon Ewy is a heart doctor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson. He wrote a report that appeared with the study. Doctor Ewy thinks the CPR guidelines should be changed again. He said the heart association should remove rescue breaths from the guidelines.

1. 今天睡懒觉了，十点多才醒，昨天睡得有点晚，明天早晨还有读书课，今天晚上一定要早睡。

2. 听了笔译小组组长的分享有如下感想：1）查词典。不管是语音还是词义不了解，都应该勤查词典，这个是经常听到又没怎么做到的事，有些词看起来认识，其实认识不全面。2）勤动手。想要学好英语，不可以光看不做，就像发音词汇课，就需要多朗读，而练习翻译，需要能坐下来动笔写，想到和做到之间相差很远。3）常复习。只练习不复习是没有意义的，遗忘规律很强大。

3. 今天预习了四句话，用的都是碎片时间，因为没有早起学习，一天的时间都太紧凑了，不过好的一点是，现在碎片时间可以很快专注下来，投入学习中了。
