An upset men came to wise Socrates and said:
"Listen, I have to tell you about your friend..."
"Wait!" interrupted Socrates.
"Have you strained what you intend to tell through three strains?"
The men wondered:"Three strains?"
"Yes my friend, three strains. First is the strain of TRUTH? Have you checked, if what you are about to tell me, is true?"
"I haven't. It's a rumor going around."
"My good friend, I'm sure you strained it through second strain - the strain of GOODNESS. Is there something good in the message although it is not true?"
"No," a men replayed. "It's the opposite..."
"Hmm,"again interrupted the sage."Let's try with a third strain. Is it at list HELPFUL?"
"Not really..."
"OK," said Socrates. "If what you want to tell me is not true, not good and not helpful, forget about it and don't bother.
