[限定词和代词]much和many的比较级:There are more rooms upstairs. Can I have two more?
[副词]和形容词、副词连用构成比较级:The fish here is more expensive. You should practise more often.
注意:单音节形容词或以-y结尾的双音节形容词一般用后缀-er而不用more构成比较级:cleaner,happier.其他的双音节形容词
用-er或more都可以: more simple或simpler;more clever或cleverer等等.单音节副词也用-er构成比较级:faster,harder.不规则
