TMM交稿时的注意事项

1.IEEE tran稿件提交流程中大部分都有一个EDICS（Editors' Information Classification Scheme：编辑信息分类计划）要去选择。里面有本期刊较为详细的投稿内容分类，如TCSVT中关于安全的部分如下：

VTA-SV - Security in video
VTA-SV-01 - Video encryption
VTA-SV-02 - Video watermarking
VTA-SV-03 - Video steganography
VTA-SV-04 - Authentication
VTA-SV-05 - Video surveillance
VTA-SV-06 - Privacy protection
VTA-SV-07 - Biometric

故了解一个期刊可以申请一个账号上去看看EDICS怎么分类的，其他类型的其他没有见识过，不知道有没有。

2.cover letter模板这里备一个：
