ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pycocotools

Jetson Nano在使用中的问题,在使用JupyterNote book远程安装pycocotools时一直安装失败

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pycocotools (from versions: 2.0.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2a1, 2.0.2)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pycocotools

本来我以为是因为JN的平台的问题有时候会遇见没有合适的版本的问题，

结果偶尔直接在JN平台上操作安装，就直接安装成功了

至于为什么我还没搞清楚，先记录一下

我又尝试了一下其他包，也有发现在远程操作过程中安装较为容易失败，

直接在JN平台的终端上安装就可以成功。
