建立基本环境

• pycharm中新建项目，Environment选择Virtualenv
• 在venv下新建pip.ini, 内容如下

index-url = http://pypi.douban.com/simple
[install]
trusted-host = pypi.douban.com

• 创建main.py

import numpy as np
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt

X = np.linspace(-np.pi, np.pi, 256, endpoint=True)
C,S = np.cos(X), np.sin(X)

plt.plot(X,C)
plt.plot(X,S)

plt.show()

• 在编辑器中，没有的包会有提示，点击Alt-Enter,会调用pip自动安装。如果不配置pip，下载会很慢
