When you meet a snob

In current society , some people are very snobbish . Be utilized by snob is of prevalence among young office workers nowadays. If the person is a leader , who  underestimate all others , did begrudge sharing his/her respect with normal workers . He/she will just diffusing their knowledge and power in front of all people they meet , especially caused a vicious attack to bully the people who might stopped them .

At the same time , this kind of people always played a role of a magnet to attract people to be a team , which is grouped by worker who think they have a bleak prospect . They complain together , fight back together, try to find an effective measure to crub the arrogance of the leader . They may enlist a spy who can tell them more information from the top level.

Whether this kind of leader should be fired or not needs further elaboration. Few bosses want to be a very kind people, because that’s against their principles of trying to earn as much as from the workers . Then they need a actor to play the snobbish role who attract all the hatred and United workers together .
