岑老师：
岑老师是这学期书法课的老师，对于书法给了我们很多不一样的认识和见解。
小时候学过书法，老师上来就开始让你临摹颜真卿的楷书，于是形成了一种模式，非常的楷式写法。以至于并不怎么知道说其他书法作品之间的关联性，一个脉络或者先后顺序。
现在，每一节课体验一种书法，去寻找自己最喜欢的那种类型。从甲骨文、金文、大篆、小篆、隶书，再到最后的楷书、行书、草书，越来越难，却各具风格。才明白说原来小时候就从最难的开始临摹起了，怪不得总觉得成长好慢。后来写过隶书，觉得比楷书简单多了。现在才明白说，因为难，想要写好就要花费更多的功夫，自然不容易那么快就有作品。反倒从更远古时期入手，相对更为容易上手，在逐步去学难的，才能融会贯通，而不是邯郸学步。
老师写出来的字也不是最好看的，但他的思路却十分清晰。因为他的思路清晰，所以教给我们的也是很清晰的一个脉络。可以顺着理出来，逐步推进。
岑老师说，小篆这些圆润，就需要特别慢的去写，对笔的要求很好，不能有扎扎刺刺的地方，显得很潦草，一定是光滑圆润的。反倒是到了行书草书，对毛笔没有什么要求，因为看的是用笔的力道，草一些反倒能体会到一些风骨在里面。大底境界便是从寻求物外到物内的一个过程吧，刚开始要好的毛笔、好的砚台、好的纸张，到后来随手一支笔也可以创作，因为那些内容已经在你的内心浑然天成。如同，做瑜伽做久了，一张棉质垫子足以，不再需要什么辅助、厚垫子等来做支撑，因为你已经可以自我完成那些步骤了。perfect。
慢慢地，越发觉得，条条大路通罗马。不论我们学了什么，深入到最后一定是相通的。

一切都是命中注定的吗？
Student: Sadhguru, I have worked very much hard to secure the first rank in common entrance examination and place me here. But my brother says me that it’s my destiny that has put me up here. Is it really my destiny or my hard work that place me here?
学生：萨古鲁，我过去非常努力学习，终于在统考中获得了第一名，让我可以来到这里。但是我哥哥说，这是我的命运造就的。这真的是我的命运吗？还是我的努力让我到了这里？
Sadhguru: Where is your brother placed? See, what people are generally calling as destiny is essentially what they end up creating unconsciously. When I say unconsciously, as you sit here right now, as everybody sits here right now there is physical activity going on within this system. There is mental process. There is emotional activity and of course the life energies are active. Every moment they are taking in hundreds on inputs whether you’re conscious or not conscious. So, if I ask you a question, since this morning from the time you woke up till now, of these four dimensions of activity, how much have you conducted consciously? What percentage do you think?
Sadhguru（萨古鲁）：你哥哥被安排到哪里了？看，人们通常说的命运，说到底，是他们无意识中创造的东西。我说的无意识是指：现在你坐在这里，现在每个人坐在这里，这个系统中进行着物理活动，还有头脑活动、情感活动，当然，还有生命能量在活动，每时每刻它们都在进行着上百种的“吸收”，不管你是否有意识。如果我问你一个问题：从早上醒来到现在，这四种维度的活动，多少是你有意识进行的？你觉得有多大比例？
Student: Few things.
学生：很少。
Sadhguru: How much percentage do you think?
Sadhguru（萨古鲁）：你觉得有多大比例？
Student: Twenty-five percent.
学生：25%。
Sadhguru: You are very generous man. It’s well below one percent. If you walk from there to there, there’ll be twenty-five different kind of smells that you are not conscious of but the body registers and records. There are hundred different kinds of sounds that the body registers that you are not conscious of. Like this throughout the day and night in wakefulness and sleep, this is happening. When you are only conscious of less than one percent of your activity, definitely life will look like an accident. Hello? When ninety-nine percent of the things that you are doing, you are doing unconsciously definitely life will look accidental.
Sadhguru（萨古鲁）：你可真慷慨。远远低于1%。如果你从这儿走到那儿，会有25种不同的气味是你没有觉察到的，但是身体已经吸收并记录了。身体记录着几百种不同的声音，但你并没有觉察到。就像这样从早到晚，你醒着或睡去，这都在发生着。当你只能意识到低于1%的活动时，当然生命看起来会像是一场偶然。哈喽？当你所做的99%的事情都是无意识的，生命当然会看起来像是偶然的。
If the accident… see it is so happened, somebody fell off on the street and had a brain injury, after that suddenly they started working their mathematics in a wonderful way. But that was only one. A thousand other people who cracked their skull never recovered from that or they died or those who lived on, lived on much diminished. So, being accidentally fortunate is not the way to exist. So, whenever a pleasant accident happens, we say it’s destiny. Some of you even say God doing things to me. When did you make a partnership with him, I don’t know.
也许曾发生这样的事：有人在街上跌倒了，造成了大脑损伤，这之后他们忽然变成数学天才，但那只是特例。另外一千人，摔碎了骨头且再也没有恢复，或者他们死了。那些还活着的，生活质量大大降低。靠碰运气并不是好的存在方式。每当撞上了好运，我们说那是命运。你们有些人甚至可能说“那是神对我做的”，你什么时候和他成了伙伴关系，我不知道。
So… Shall I tell you a story, are you okay? This happened, Sherlock Holmes, you know Sherlock Holmes? And Watson, went out camping. And early morning 03:30 AM, Sherlock Holmes nudged Watson. He opened his eyes, “What?"
所以……我能给你们讲一个故事吗，可以吗？发生过这样一件事，福尔摩斯，你们知道他吗？他和华生出去野营。凌晨三点半，福尔摩斯用胳膊捣醒了华生。他睁开眼睛，说：“怎么了？”
“What do you see?” he asked.
福尔摩斯问：“你看到什么了？”
"Well, I see a clear sky and stars."
“好吧，我看到了无云的天空和星星。”
“What does that mean to you?”
“这对你意味着什么？”
He said, "Well, that means tomorrow is going to be a wonderful sunny day." Then he asked, "What does it mean to you?"
他说：“嗯，这意味着明天会是个美妙的晴天。”然后他反问：“那这对你意味着什么？”
He said, "It means someone has stolen our tent."
他说：“这意味着有人偷了我们的帐篷。”
So, we don’t know what went missing and something may fall here and there by chance. But that’s not the way life works. If a human being doesn’t take it upon himself or herself to make their own destiny, they are still having an evolutionary problem, that is, they are still not yet fully there because being human means this, that we can conduct our life consciously. Being human means this, that we can craft our life the way we want. But this destiny business is a good insurance to handle your failure. Whenever you fail, tch, destiny, it’s god’s will. So, this has been going on for a long time. This is not the fundamental nature of this culture.
所以，我们不知道什么丢失了，也许会有东西偶然从天而降，但这不是生命运作的方式。如果一个人不把主宰自己的命运放在自己手中，那么他们仍然还有进化的问题。就是说，他们仍然没有完全“到那儿”，因为作为人类意味着，我们可以有意识地进行自己的人生，我们可以以我们想要的样子去塑造自己的人生。但是这种所谓的命运是一种应对你的失败的很好的保险。每当你失败了，“哎，命运啊！这是上帝的旨意。”这种现象持续很久了。这并不是这个文化的根。
In this culture, we taught you, right from ancient times, your life is your karma. Did we tell you or no? Nobody told you there is a god up there who will do things to you. We always told you, your life is your karma. This means, your life is your making. No interstellar influence on you, it’s you! Whatever, there are a million impacts on us but what we make out of it is still us, isn't it? What is thrown at us is not in our hands. What comes our way is not in our hands but what we make out of it is one-hundred percent in our hands.
在这个文化中，自古以来我们教你的是：你的人生就是你的业力。难道我们没有告诉过你们吗？没有人对你说“上面有位神，他会为你做事”。我们总是告诉你“你的人生就是你的业力”。这就是说，你的人生是你创造的。不是宇宙星系作用在你身上，而是你自己！无论如何，有百万种影响作用在我们身上，但是我们从中创造出什么，仍然是我们说了算，不是吗？生命扔给我们什么，并不由我们做主。生命中发生什么，并不由我们掌控，但是我们从中创造出什么百分百掌握在我们手中。
I must tell you this, when I first went to Coimbatore and we started setting up the yoga center. This is a country like this. This is very strange. Now they are all clapping their hands but at that time, simply rumors: oh! They are doing drugs, they are doing something else. They are here to kill the wildlife. They are killing tigers. They are killing elephants, all kinds of things! Rumors going around, even media reporting these kind of things. Then hundred prominent people in the town meet and then they say, this yoga is spreading like a disease! These are the words. "We have to do something."
我必须告诉你这个。当我刚到哥印拜陀的时候，我们开始建造瑜伽中心。这个国家就是这样，这很奇怪。现在他们都在鼓掌欢迎，但在那个时候，各种谣言，噢，他们在吸毒；他们在做什么别的；他们来这里是要杀害野生动物；他们杀死了老虎、大象、各种东西！各种谣言散播着，连媒体都在报道。那时这个镇子里上百个重要人物聚集起来，说这个瑜伽在像疾病一样传播。他们就是这么说的。“我们必须得做点儿什么”。
There some young hothead says, “Let’s take a truck load of people and pull down the whole thing,” because the whole yoga center at that time was just thatched roof sheds. So they decided they want to come there and pull down the whole thing and be finished. Today, it is among the most prominent places in the country, okay? So, when they said this, there was a old man who is no more, a wise man. He said, “See, you don’t know who you’re dealing with. I know this man. If you throw stones at him, he will build something out of those stones. Don’t throw stones at this man.”
有些热血上头的年轻人说，“让我们拉一卡车人把那些东西推倒”。因为在那时，整个瑜伽中心就仅仅是些茅草房。所以他们决定要来到这儿，推倒所有这些了事。今天，它是这个国家中最突出的地方之一，对吗？所以，当他们那么说时，有位老人，他已不在了，一个智慧的人，他说：“你们不知道你面对的是谁，我了解这个人，如果你朝他扔石头，他会用这些石头建出个东西来，不要朝这个人扔石头。”
So, what comes at you, you cannot decide but what you make out of it is your thing, isn't it? This is where your dint is. This is where you are to prove who you are because you can't decide what comes at you. But you can definitely decide what you make out of whatever comes at you!
所以，什么朝你而来，你无法决定，但是从中创造出什么，是你的事情，不是吗？这是你可以发挥的地方，这是你证明自己是谁的时候。因为你不能决定朝你而来的是什么，但是无论什么朝你而来，你完全可以决定从中创造出什么！
【思考】
及时回顾：
温故而知新。其实是在说知识之间的关联性，单个的知识是片面的，如同一颗颗散落的珍珠，而温故则是那个穿针引线的过程，这样才不至于让知识零散的丢弃在各个角落，而是有顺序的关联起来。所以智慧就是知识的不断迭代升级出来的，能够关联起来的技能。当一个东西关联起来，记忆便像有了锚，能够追寻其轨迹了。
那么刚开始为什么没法串联起来，因为，连珠子都没有研究过，如果知道怎样串起来好看呢？哪些该放在一个上面呢？
所以，我们是通过学习珠子，进而去找到他们之间的关联性，来进行联结。而及时回顾则有这个效果，将老师所讲的内容整体串起来，而不再是单个的知识点，零零散散。七七八八。
其实这也就是一种系统学习的方法，而不再是随便打洞的零散。只有系统起来，很多东西才逐渐浮现了其关联性。

【每日反思与改过】
今天晚上上书法课，有点邯郸学步的感觉。就是当你学了一种字体之后，转换为另一种字体的时候，总是很自然的带上那种字体的表露。就会写出两种字体的结合版，而不是其中一种字体。因为要慢慢写，还会手抖。觉得是因为我们学了一个东西后，很难完全摒弃学的东西，像一张白纸一样去学习其他的情况。所以，归零，遗忘，或把自己当成啥都不会开始练习要好过，觉得自己有基础。
