RK系列 RGA模块移植 开发

RGA (Raster Graphic Acceleration Unit)是一个独立的2D硬件加速器，可用于加速点/线绘制，执行图像缩放、旋转、bitBlt、alpha混合等常见的2D图形操作。

首先下载rga源码

GitHub - airockchip/librga

官方的测试demo一般不能正常使用，所以可以用调试好的

解压缩放入到mpp-develop源码mpp目录下，

对应CmakeList.txt 加入add_subdirectory(project/librga-main)

调用：
