uniapp获取手机App权限

uniapp中有些获取权限的方法是不适用于APP和WEB端的,这个时候就需要用其他方法来实现

1.首先第一步我们需要做的就是下载一个hbuilderx封装好的插件(下载链接)     

        也可以直接复制下面代码进行新建一个js文件,同一套代码
