Anyofthefollowing actions of the user will be deemed as the user'scompleterecognitionof the agreement. 4.User'sapproval

5.Minorspayattention to the terms
Minorsshouldreviewand accept this agreement in the company of a legal guardian. Forminorsunderthe age of 14, you must apply for registration in the name of alegalguardian bytheir legal guardian. Minor users should use"onlinegames" and conductonline games to a reasonable extent. MiyunNetworks hasthe right to imposerelevant restrictions in accordance with thelaw.

1.Intellectualproperty
Thisproductandthe instruction manual are protected by copyright law. All programsandgraphiccontents may not be copied, reproduced or modified in whole or inpart byanymeans without the written permission of the authorized party andtheoperator.All related product names, trademarks, brands and pictures onthisproduct andin the packaging and manuals are owned by the authorized partyor MiyunNetworksand are the property of their respective owners.

Theownershipofthe online game user account is owned by Miyun Networks. Virtualitem

The ownership of any data information(including but notlimited tovirtual item data information, grade item datainformation, etc.)belongs to MiyunNetworks. PartIIIEssentialTerms
1.Accountregistration
1.1Theuserpromises to register as a Miyun Networks user in his true identity,and toensurethat the personally identifiable information provided is true,completeandvalid, and bears corresponding legal responsibility for theinformationprovidedin accordance with legal provisions and mandatory terms.
1.2Aftertheuser registers as a Miyun Networks user in his or her real identityandneeds tomodify the personally identifiable information provided, MiyunNetworksshallprovide the service in a timely and effective manner.
2.Useraccountusage and custody
2.1Accordingtothe mandatory provisions, Miyun Networks has the right to reviewwhethertheidentity information provided by the user registration is trueandeffective,and should actively take reasonable measures such as technologyandmanagementto ensure the security and validity of the user account; the userisobliged tokeep it safe. 2.4.1MiyunNetworksverifies that the personal valid identity information providedby theuser isconsistent with the registered identity information, and shalltakemeasures to suspendthe login and use of the user account in a timelymanner.
2.4.2MiyunNetworksviolates the agreement of 2.4.1. If the measures are not takenin timeto suspendthe login and use of the user account, and therefore causelosses tothe user,they shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
2.4.3MiyunNetworkshas the right to refuse the user's request if the user does notprovidehis orher personal valid ID or if the personal valid ID provided bythe userisinconsistent with the registered identity information.
2.5Inorderto maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the user andprovide MiyunNetworkswith personal valid identity information consistent withthe registeredidentityinformation, BobWalker shall provide the user with thenecessaryassistance andsupport for the account registrant certificate,originalregistrationinformation, etc., as needed. Provide relevant evidenceandinformation torelevant administrative agencies and judicial organs.
3.Suspensionandtermination of services

3.2 MiyunNetworkshasthe right to terminate the service to the user if the userperforms theimproperbehavior when accepting the Miyun Networks service. Thespecificcircumstances ofthe improper conduct shall be expressly agreed inthisAgreement or be prohibitedby Miyun Networks's prior notice that theserviceshall be terminated. Otherwise,Miyun Networks shall not terminatetheprovision of services to the User.
3.3Theuserprovides false registration identity information or implements aviolationofthis agreement. Miyun Networks has the right to suspend all orpart oftheservice to the user; Miyun Networks shall suspend the user andinform theuserof the suspension period. The suspension period shall bereasonable andshall besuspended. Miyun Networks should resume service tousers in time.
3.4 MiyunNetworksshall,in accordance with this Article, suspend or terminate theprovision ofpart orall of the services to the User, Miyun Networks shall bearthe burdenof proof.
4.Userinformationprotection
4.1 MiyunNetworksrequiresusers to disclose their privacy protection policies andpersonalinformationutilization policies to users in a clear and easy way, andto takenecessarymeasures to protect the security of users' personalinformation. .
4.2 MiyunNetworksshallnot provide, disclose or share personally identifiableinformation such asname,personal identification number, contact information,home address, etc. intheuser registration data without any user permission,except in thefollowingcases:
4.2.1Theuser or user guardian authorized the disclosure of Miyun Networks;
4.2.2Relevantlegal requirements are disclosed by Miyun Networks;
4.2.3Thejudicial or administrative agency requires Miyun Networks to provide itonthebasis of legal procedures;
4.2.4MiyunNetworks filed a lawsuit or arbitration with the user in order toprotecthis orher legitimate rights and interests;
4.2.5Whenthe user's personally identifiable information is provided inaccordancewith thelegal requirements of the user's guardian.
