Everyone should attach great importance to sleeping.

Recently,I go to bed regularly and earlier.I feel better than before,for example, my brain is flooded with more ideas for my writing ,and I can memorize more cores about my personal study.

Thanks to the quality of my sleeping,my study sate is getting better and better.

Therefore,not only will I insist to keep early hours everday,but also I will try my best to have more deep sleep to relax my brain.
