SNMP协议简单理解
基于SNMP的集中式管理，SNMP广泛用于TCP/IP网络的网络管理标准协议，提供了一
种通过运行网络管理软件的中心计算机，及NMS（Network Management Station）来
管理网元的方法。
V1版本不支持认证，且是明文的
V2C加了一个认证，引入了Getbulk,可以批量操作，且trap告警加了通告和回复
