个人介绍
Sergii Vasylchuk-Attic Lab的CEO，Igor Sikorsky Kyiv理工学院自动化管理专业软件工程硕士。他参与过支付解决方案和支付解决方案中的反欺诈系统的开发。之后，任职于SmartBank，担任副主席。离职之后，于2016年创建了Attic Lab。担任Attic Lab的CEO，负责管理复杂的软件项目，如OpenBankit（基于区块链的银行软件）和Codex（加密货币交易所）。除此之外，还参与业务开发和战略规划。

Serg Attic:因为我们看到BOSCore存在巨大潜力，于是我们决定成为BOSCore的节点。BOSCore为EOSIO软件增加了一个有趣的变化，我们想看看它是如何发挥作用的。此外，成为各种数字货币和代币的流通区块链，这是BOSCore一个非常有趣的想法。

主持人：请问你对BOSCore有什么期待？
Serg Attic：我们每个人都在努力构建基础框架和工具。根据目前BOSCore的发展步伐，我们相信它会在EOSIO项目中处于领先地位。

主持人：请问你对BOScore生态发展有什么建议？
Serg Attic：没有代币持有者，BOSCore是没有未来的。我们认为，每个人都应该尽可能加入到生态系统的发展中来。如果能吸引一些积极的BOS持有者的话，就更好了。
此外，需要有一些能让任何积极参与生态系统维护和开发的人如BP、开发人员等之间进行交流的共享平台。这会加强BP和相关方之间的合作，并有助于避免当多个团队使用相同的工具但彼此不知道对方时可能出现的重叠。
总之，我们目前都在构造去中心化经济，来提高企业和个人的效率。所以，如果有人跟我们想法一致，可以投票支持我们，帮助BOSCore发展。

Education: M.A.Software Engineering Automated Management System, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
He took part in the development of payment solutions and antifraud systems in Pay Solution. Later, he became a vice-chairman at SmartBank. After leaving the position ，he created Attic Lab in 2016.
Now，he manages complex software projects such as openbankIT (blockchain-based banking software) and Codex (cryptocurrency exchange). also involved in business development and strategic planning.

Moderator: Can you introduce the reason for participating in the BOS node election?
Serg Attic: At the time we saw big potential in the BOS blockchain and decided to run a node on it. BOScore has added an interesting twist to the EOSIO software and we’d like to see how this plays out. Besides, it has a very interesting idea of being a circulation blockchain for various coins and tokens.

Moderator:What do you think is the biggest advantage of participating in a BOS node?
Serg Attic: First of all, it is a real chance to support the network and help the system to grow. Being a BP basically means we’re always on the frontline which is both a great honor and a huge responsibility. We also get to interact with both other BP’s and community members on a daily basis which helps us receive information first-hand, analyze it and make corresponding decisions.

Moderator:What are you mainly doing at the current stage in BOS?
Serg Attic:Our team is primarily tech-oriented, so we focus on developing tools, tuning servers and helping the community in any way we can.
We have developed our BOS WebWallet, also our mobile wallet MyEOSWallet supports BOS. In the future we are planning to continue building user-oriented tools to make the life of a regular token holder easier.Besides, we have created some proposals.

Moderator:What are you planning to do in the future?
Serg Attic:Our primary goal is facilitation of the BOS ecosystem enhancement. For that, we will dedicate our efforts to smart contract development, governance, and promotion of BOS.
We’re planning to continue building user-oriented tools. All our code, by the way, is publicly available through Github repositories for testing purposes and subsequent utilization.Third is Governance。

Moderator:What are the expectations for BOS?
Serg Attic:Everyone is working hard building the infrastructure and tools. With the pace that BOSCore is developing right now we believe it will have a leading position as an EOSIO project.

Moderator:Have any suggestion on the ecological development of BOS?
Serg Attic:The future of BOS is impossible without its token holders. We believe that everyone should be involved into the development of the ecosystem as much as possible. After all we are all in the same boat here. It would be great to have some initiatives engaging regular BOS holders.
Besides, there’s a need to have some shared platform for interaction between BP’s, developers, etc. i.e. anyone actively involved into maintenance and development of the ecosystem. This would strengthen the collaboration between Block Producers and the parties involved and also help to avoid possible overlaps when several teams are working on the same tool not knowing about each other.
Overall, we are all building decentralized economy to boost the efficiency of businesses and people. So, if anyone shares those ideas, they can vote for us and help BOS grow.

The main purpose and functions of BCAC
1. Organize the discussions about the problems of BOSCore in community governance.
2. Organize the training and communication of BOSCore knowledge;
3. BOSCore adopts a membership system and joins as an individual, instead of a node.
