python selenium 自动化查询上海公交卡余额，并邮件通知

1、下载python安装。
　　https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-351/
2、安装selenium
2.1、通过pip 安装
pip install selenium

2.2、通过下载包安装 ,直接下载selenium包：
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/selenium
解压，cmd进入目录:
python setup.py install

3 、 安装Chrome driver
下载地址：http://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/chromedriver
下载解压，将 chromedriver.exe 文件放到chrome的安装目录下…\Google\Chrome\Application\ ,然后设置path环境变量；
